i'm gonna guess that you animated before making the audio? because the subtitles don't line up with the audio / are shown after the audio has finished. also, the animation is very dull and nothing happens in the background. i liked the dog jumping over the fence in the beginning, but i wish there were more of that. maybe some nice music in the background as well. redo it.
